What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry — a private search, a question about a property, a request to discuss selling, or a message from the contact page — we keep what you typed: your name, email address, telephone number if you gave one, how you prefer to be contacted, the property or search criteria the enquiry was about, your message, and the page you sent it from. We use this to answer that enquiry and, if you want, to help you further with the same brief. That is the whole purpose.

We do not use hidden fields, tracking pixels in forms, or inferred data. We do not ask for anything an enquiry does not need.

The newsletter

If you subscribe to occasional updates we keep only your email address (and first name if you gave it), the wording you agreed to and when. Subscribing is confirmed by a link in an email; every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate. Subscribing is never required to use the site or to make an enquiry.

Marketing is separate

Every form carries one optional box: “I would like to receive occasional market updates from Dominium Estates.” It is never pre-ticked. If you leave it empty you will hear from us only about your enquiry. If you tick it you can change your mind at any time by replying to any message or writing to dominium.estates@gmail.com.

What we record about consent

With every enquiry we store the version of this wording you were shown (currently 2026-09-13), the time you sent it, and whether you chose marketing updates — so we can always show what you agreed to. The notice beside each form reads: “We use the details you give here only to answer this enquiry. They are not added to any mailing list.

Who sees it

The people at Dominium who handle enquiries, and the systems we use to run the business: our website host and database provider (Vercel and Neon) and our own client management system. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are helping you with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to the same brief. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take a copy of it with you. Write to dominium.estates@gmail.com and a person will answer. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Saved searches and browsing

If you set up a saved search we store the email address and criteria you gave, and every alert carries an unsubscribe link. Properties you save with the heart are kept in your own browser, not with us. The site uses no advertising cookies.
